Ingredients for Burger Homemade

  • 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80% lean and 20% fat)
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)

Instructions for Burger Homemade

  1. Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
  5. When the burgers are almost done, lightly toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.
  6. Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom half of the buns, followed by your desired toppings. Cover with the top half of the buns.
