Ingredients for Grilled fish

  • 4 fish fillets (any white fish like tilapia or cod will work)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions for Grilled Fish

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place the fish fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them, making sure to coat them evenly. Let them marinate for 10-15 minutes.
