Make A Tasty and Delicious Burger At Home
Ingredients for Burger Homemade
- 1 pound ground beef (preferably 80% lean and 20% fat)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 hamburger buns
- Toppings of your choice (lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese, etc.)
Instructions for Burger Homemade
- Preheat a grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
- Divide the mixture into four equal parts and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.
- Place the patties on the grill or skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
- When the burgers are almost done, lightly toast the buns on the grill or in a toaster.
- Assemble the burgers by placing the patties on the bottom half of the buns, followed by your desired toppings. Cover with the top half of the buns.
